Bad communication and no resolution

My line has been down for the past 3 days. No communication from my provider COOLIDEAS nor vumatel when it went down nor when it will go up again. I called and logged numerous calls with these 2 providers and no resolution. Feedback I get is the technicians are still busy!!! This is so inconvenient but the worse it the communication is bad!! Can someone please give me a definite answer to what the problem is and how long and is 3 days not long enough to figure the problem out ??????
