Bad communication and bad customer service

Wouldn't even give a star if it is up te me. Worst customer service ever. Been trying to release a line since April 2024. Every time I speak to a agent over the phone or email they keep on saying I'll get back to you, and yet till today no one is getting back. I have everything on email aswell with no response. 6 months and yet no communication what so ever and without wifi due to line not release. I mean really vumatel you do not want any busy???
