Bad client service

Vumatel installed my Fibre for my unit in the complex 13 days ago and it is still not activated. My ISP is Home connect when i phone them they just say they are waiting for Vumatel and they will follow up but then still just waiting. They say 24-72 hours for activation but thats not true. Wont recommend them at all anymore
