Bad bad service provider

I've got to a conclusion that I'm finally leaving vumatel month end, they shouldn't expect a payment from me. Last of last week was when my wifi was down, but no promising production from vuma. When you chat with with the isp whatsapp they tell u they escalated the problem to technicians, until now there's no wifi. I came to this platform thinking that I would recieve help but unfortunately vumatel talks about how my area is high risk, but my question is how did they manage to market their product door to door in my area?. The way I'm so defeated by vuma hayshem.
