BAD BAD SERVICE FROM AFRIHOST AND VUMA

Hi I would like to say I am not a happy customer, I have had issues with Afrihost since I joined them in December 2022, I made a manual payment to banking details I got on their site early for the month of April 2023 due to personal reasons and this was on the 24/03/2023, Mind you on the 1 April 2023 they confirmed via email that they have received the payment but it should have been made to VUMA'S bank account, How was I supposed to know this, I am under the impression they are one company, I am actually trying to figure out who Afrihost is or who VUMA is. My pint is if they are married then get my payment from Afrihost and transfer it to VUMA, But now not only did they suspend my line, the live chat agent is telling me it takes 10 to 14 days for a refund, what am I suppose to do in the meantime because I do not have funds in my bank account to make another payment and guess what they keep on trying to debit my account and I just keep on getting notifications and my bank charges are sky rocketing through the roof after I've sent namouras emails advising i made payment and sent them the proof of payment to sort out on their end, I am being treated horribly by Afrihost/VUMA and I would like to warn the public to be careful and mindful when inquiring to take up business with them
