Bad bad service

Vumatel I'm not sure if you are aware of how it works in 2021 if one is a student. Well, in 2021 almost all colleges work on online platforms that we need to log into in order to receive the work we need to study in order to pass an exam. I have one of those exams on Friday the 9th of April and it's Higher Grade Mathematics. Mathematics requires me to research and figure out sums and theories. I needed the internet for this.

You may say ask why I might be last minute studying? I am NOT. Maths is a daily subject that needs alot of attention.

Thanks to your incompetence and lack of service delivery we tried to switch to a new provider. It was UP TO YOUR STAFF to hand over information to our new provider. But YOU DID NOT and due to yet more *********** behavior from your staff I WAS UNABLE TO STUDY FOR 4 DAYS.

I have had to find textbooks and hope for the best. And FYI, WE STILL DON'T HAVE A CONNECTION.

This Maths is crucial for my future. You better hope that I pass this exam. If not, I will surely spend time and money on taking this further. Yes, I mean court time. Trust me, I have the energy for it.
