Bad bad bad service vumatel

Paid for the month of February but couldn't connect and I've reported the matter my problem remain unresolved now want to cancel the service and switch to another ISP no one seems to help from Vuma or SADV ISP. Spoke to chief technician by the name of Walter said he will send technicians but never did when I make follow up he dropped the call twice
