Bad attitude from representatives

I was busy speaking to a representative from Vumatel after I was requested to make contact about fibre installation in my area. The representative asked me for my details, after deciding to withhold my ID number from the stranger on the phone who I have never met the representative rudely hung up the phone without a word being spoken. Pathetic attitude if you ask me. The person I spoke to is named Thando, the contact number is ********** 391.
