Bad!!!

@vumatel the service is really bad you call in they tell you that they can not process your voucher so you can pay for your connection they direct you to their web and later tell you that your line has been blocked, how are you blocked when you supposed to just pay for your monthly connection it’s disappointing because even customer care doesn’t help with anything they just say will call you for clearance I have been waiting for 4days now!!! Is this really how business is handled and why should we always renew the voucher because they make it even more difficult 😡😡😡😡😡
