back and forth and no progress

I recently app**** for internet and it was explained to me that there will be a waiting time. However 3 days later and I am struggeling to get propper communication form Anathi Stungu. We have spend 3 days mailing each other information that should be on my system(like what did I order) and that I already gave several other people as they tried to assist me. After several times explaining that I have a line etc, Anathi still askes the same questions. I then asked to phone me or if I can Phone them to clarify things( as he responds a day later on average) but then he did not reply... Question that I have asked have not been adressed. If this is how you start thigs then cancelling will be the best option and using another provider.
