Baaaaaaaad Service Mweb & Vumatel

The service pertaining to the following reference is pathetic.MWB***5 Vumatel and Mweb is competing on being the best with bad customer service. When calling their call centre number is even worse and their staff are never available to answer the calls either. I've moved to a new house and submitted an application for one of the fibre deals and this was done just after I cancelled with Telkom. Mweb and Vumatel has been sending me from pillar to post and I respond to their e-mails immediately to provide them with the required information or confirmation and then I receive an auto reply until my next follow-up. what the hell is wrong with this service provider. I called Vumatel's call centre today and could not understand the jargon that the consultant was using, still asking me if I understand what she's telling me- this is the worst service ever
