Awful Vumatel & Afrihost service

Vumatel outage now into day 8 with zero communication. . Strategically Vumatel don’t have contact numbers so you never get feedback. You are left to contact your service provider Afrihost in my instance who seem to be limited to resending escalations rather than managing Vumatel’s lack of delivery. Afrihost also don’t provide feedback you the client need to calm them back and then you are given sone loose generic update with no resolution update or commitment to fix the problem. Frankly these two companies make City Power look line a world class customer centric operation.
