Awful service Vumatel

Internet has been off merely 24 hours more for others this is ridiculous. Vuma doesn’t even have client service anymore and directing us to our ISP when the iSp is advising it’s Vumatel. This is terrible service hope we at least get some rebate on this.

I’m disappointed in the way and manner Vumatel has handled this situation
