Awful service

This is so embarrassing such rating? To think I was defending you from all my friends and now you showing me how bad your services are. Since I reported the Loss of signal on the 6th January 2024 all I could get from @afrihost is "Your area has a backlog" really? I work from home using your services now I had to spend R500 to cover all this mess you have caused me, and you have deducted my R399 on the 1st Jan 2024 for what?

I don't even know why am I bothering myself typing and wasting more time than I have already wasted emailing you. Are still in business even seeing that all your customers are complaining about the same issue.
