Awful customer service Vumtel

I’ve placed an order for fiber installation on the 16/05/2020 and still waiting, 2 payments have been deducted yet no service has been rendered. Pathetic customer service from Vumtel and Afrihost. Vumtel replies they waiting on Afrihost , Afrihost replies they waiting on Vumtel, a constant back and forth. Deducting Money from my account yet no service, I would classify that as *****.
