Awesome customer service

Good day,

I would like to take this opportunity to appreciate and thank Tshidiso for his great service in resolving my installation and Activation matter. Wow what a service i got, in as much we complain about bad service i think we should congratulate excellency.

He knew what to say, how to say it and what to do - Welldone to you Tshidiso after so many calls to the call centre asking for the issue to be resolved boom!!! you did it within minutes other consultants failed to resolve this after so many calling in's..
