Awaiting refund, not prepopulated apologies
I wish Afrihost would refund me the money they owe for an incorrect payment I made on December 7th 2020. Why did I make an incorrect payment? Because they never told me where and how to make the payment. I was told I'd be refunded in 7-14 days. Not working days, but days. Today is January 22nd 2021. They're going to debit my bank account at month end for my subscription, without fail, but all I'm getting is "sorry for inconvenience", "sorry for the delay", "I'll get back to you as soon as I've heard from accounts"... I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

26 Jan 2021, 13:25It's no longer necessary seeing as you people decided to use my money to pay another line for which I am not the payer. I find this to be completely unacceptable as I did not give any permission to do that.
Yes, the other line is in my name, but the debit order details are different.
