awaiting activation
My name is Ramokoni Letwaba ID number *** and cell phone number *** alternative ***
I have been trying to get my services up and running with no success. I have called your call center with no help , I have a Vuma reach WIFI which was not paid in January and I called to re-activate my services, an agent from Vodacom sent me a link to make payment via pay fast of which I did on the 26th February 2025 I was told to wait 24/48 hours but yet it has been more then that. When checking on the Vodacom portal it still says awaiting activation. I am not happy about this. Today it's the 3rd of March with help at all

05 Mar 2025, 06:08I am honestly taking this further because wow what a poor service you provide. I am still not connected and you guys don't care. Yesterday one of your consultants called me and me to send him pictures of the router of which I did and nothing happened after that he didn't even acknowledge that he got the pictures via WhatsApp I keep sending texts with no reply and you send me a email that you could not get a hold of me while you did I'm not happy and I'm going to report you guys because I paid for the service and nothing is happening. If my service is not connected by today I will report you to the Oubmans

I can't pay for a service and still be off line.. I am honest feed up it's either you connect my services or I report you to Ombudsman because is not on.
