Avoid Vumatel at All Costs – Absolutely ***********!

Avoid Vumatel at All Costs – Absolutely ***********! If you’re considering Vumatel for your internet services, think again. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

The Saga of Incompetence:

Inaccurate Addressing: Despite providing my correct address multiple times, Vumatel’s system somehow fabricated an entirely different address. How does a company specializing in connectivity fail so miserably at something as basic as an address?

Communication Disaster: Their agents are quick to pass the buck instead of resolving issues. From Nicole Usher’s generic responses to Sinenhlanhla Ndlovu’s repetitive requests for the same documents, it’s clear they don’t read or comprehend the details provided.

Zero Accountability: Multiple emails and escalations were required to clarify a mistake they made. Instead of solving the problem, their “Ops Manager,” Reena Reddy, and her team kept regurgitating internal excuses and redirecting the issue without progress.

Customer Neglect: Even after providing proof of residence, they delayed installation. Their technicians were sent to the wrong address, and I was left hanging for days without proper communication or resolution.

Adding Insult to Injury: The router was delivered successfully, but what’s the point if the technicians can’t find the correct address? It’s astonishing how this company operates with such disregard for its paying customers.

Conclusion: Vumatel is a textbook example of how NOT to run a business. Their internal chaos, lack of responsibility, and complete disregard for customer satisfaction make them the worst service provider I’ve ever dealt with. If you value your time, money, and sanity, STAY AWAY. There are far better alternatives in the market—don’t make the mistake of choosing Vumatel.

Good day Ntoli

We apologize for the exprience thus far. Please follow up with your ISP(Telkom) as the order has been cancelled on our end, and we unfortunately can not assist with account related inquiries.

Kind Regards

Good day,Thank you for your response, but your claims are entirely false and fail to address the core issue. I have been in constant communication with Telkom this morning, and it is clear that Vumatel is at fault for the delays and mismanagement in this matter.Let me clarify:
  1. Incorrect Address: The issue originated from Vumatel. Your team recorded the wrong address despite me providing the correct one multiple times. Telkom managed to deliver the router to the correct address, proving that the information I provided was accurate from the beginning.
  2. Proof of Residence: I provided proof of residence directly to your scheduler, Sibusiso Madlala, as requested. Despite this, no action was taken on your end. I have email correspondence that clearly demonstrates how I fulfilled all your requirements and how your team failed to act accordingly.
  3. Order Cancellation: Instead of taking accountability and resolving the issue, you cancelled the order, claiming delays caused by your own incompetence. The delay was a direct result of your employees not doing their jobs. Your team's inability to follow through and coordinate properly led to unnecessary back-and-forth and ultimately failed service delivery.
  4. Email Evidence of Incompetence: I have an email trail that clearly outlines your repeated mistakes, lack of communication, and unprofessional handling of this situation. It highlights the extent of the negligence on your part, leaving no room for excuses.
While Telkom actively worked to resolve their portion of the process, Vumatel continued to demonstrate incompetence and an unwillingness to take responsibility. Blaming Telkom in your response is disingenuous and an attempt to shift blame away from your internal failures.I demand a full explanation of how you plan to rectify this situation and ensure that future customers are not subjected to the same poor service. This level of service is unacceptable, and your lack of accountability is deeply concerning.Regards,

Good day,It’s beyond infuriating to see how Vumatel continues to operate with sheer incompetence. Your inability to resolve basic issues is astounding.Despite redoing the entire order—a situation caused solely by your negligence—the original problem of the incorrect address persists. How can a company specializing in connectivity struggle with something as fundamental as an accurate address? I’ve provided the correct details numerous times, but you’ve failed to update them properly in your system. This isn’t just a minor error. It’s a clear indication of how disorganized and incapable your operations are:
  1. Reiterating the Initial Problem: The address you have on file was fabricated on your side despite my repeated efforts to rectify it. Telkom, on the other hand, managed to deliver the router to the correct address without any issues, highlighting how disconnected Vumatel is in managing client details.
  2. Lack of Accountability: It’s evident that your internal processes are broken. You pass the blame onto the ISP or the customer while ignoring your responsibility to ensure seamless service delivery.
  3. Ongoing Incompetence: Even after escalating and providing every required document—including proof of residence directly to your scheduler, Sibusiso Madlala—there’s still no resolution. What’s the point of your processes if they don’t lead to action?
The fact that I had to redo the order is unacceptable, and yet here we are again with the same issue. If this is how you treat paying customers, it’s no wonder there are so many complaints about your service. This has gone far beyond inconvenience—this is outright negligence. I demand immediate intervention to correct your ongoing mistakes. I also expect assurance that this problem will not happen again and that your processes will be reviewed to prevent future customers from enduring the same.If I don’t see swift action, I will escalate this further. Enough is enough.Regards,
