Avoid Vumatel at all costs

Absolutely shocking service. 11 days into the month and my internet has still not been activated at all. The only response I get is to wait for another department to get back to me. I have had to take this matter completely into my own hands by contacting various ISP's and departments. Avoid using Vumatel at all costs.

Every time all I get is that this issues is being 'escalated' and yet nothing happens.
