AVOID VUMATEL

Total incompetence. Impossible to talk to anyone at Vumatel, let along contact them. Heaven forbid that they expose themselves to their customers/users. My internet has been down for three days. I cannot get any sense from my so-called SERVICE provider (Webafrica), who simply pass the buck to Vumatel. And Vumatel... well no squeak from them and no action. Avoid using their fibre. Great when it works but absolutely no SERVICE when there is a problem.
