Atrocious Vumtel Service

I have never received such a bad sales experience from any company. Usually, one receives bad after sales experience, but Vumatel has installed fibre into my unit (a flat in a complex), but have been taking more than three months to connect my unit to the complex fibre line (apparently a process called splitting).

There have been countless phone calls and emails, as well as assurances from them and Afrihost (the ISP) that the matter will be resolved, but nothing has materialized. I cancelled my ADSL account in anticipation of a fibre experience but have been severely let down by Vumatel.

I would not recommend them to anyone.
