AT THE MERCY OF VUMA!!!

If I could put 0 stars I would ----- why are we at the mercy of Vumatel because of where you live? Its taken 3 weeks for them to do a simple activation of my fibre so that I can connect with my ISP and NOTHING! You cannot contact them! When they contact you they are beyond stupid! It is disgusting how you HAVE to get fibre with them simply due to the area fibre provider - if I could go with OpenServe I would but I can't!!! Absolute worst in the entire world!
