As of last week Wednesday noontime we had no connection to our fibre due to cable interruption during our roof revamping

As of last week Wednesday noontime we had no connection to our fibre due to cable interruption during our roof revamping. Then the technical team came out which was good....until the installation department stepped in. We received no communication from them till date. If we phone then all we hear is that our ticket is with the installation department and they my be here today or tomorrow...This with no further communication
