Area is live, please fix this.
We we are a registered reseller through Vox, we placed an order for a client on 23 September 2020 but were informed by Vox that Vumatel reported that the area is not live. The Vumatel coverage map shows that the area is live and I phoned and confirmed with a call agent that the specific address is live. We've been struggling since order date with this and please need this escalated to resolve.
