Seems General Customer Service Principles do not apply when it comes to less affluent areas. Begs a question; why bother with doing business in these area to begin with?

I am certain that the latest installation request at iKhwezi Park Khayelitsha will also be refused, delaying tactics that benefit no one.

It would have been great to just go with another provider but as you know you have a Monopoly in my area. So to some extent, the consistent refusal to service my installation requests borders on **************.
