Appalling Service Received!!

My internet had been intermittent since the ‘Upgrade’ carried out in my area. And, today is the second day without any connectivity to the internet! I lodged the first complaint with WebAfrica last night and the call opened and closed without any action being taken to resolve my issue. I now have to carry the cost of purchasing heavily priced mobile data so I can stay connected as I am someone who works from home.

Old call: 396899 reference - this call was opened and closed without any action being taken. I demand to know why, and what action is going to be taken to prevent any future reoccurrence!!
