Appalling service from Marieschen

Bad service and feedback from Marieschen. Paid on 13th of May to reactivate my wifi after relocating and she advised that it will be connected within 24 hours. It has been a whole week and still no no connection. She doesn’t not even answer calls or return WhatsApps. Call centre team is just as useless! Stay away from their appalling service!
