Appalling service

I am absolutely appalled by service!!

My home has been without connection for over 24hrs and i have had zero response on the whatsapp line. I was okay with the initial response that due to high demand, i will be attended too after 7am however no one has responded till now. I have even attempted to restart the process but still no response!!

My “LOC” light is red, i have no connection and there is no amount of troubleshooting i have not done. A technician is needed. My son had an exam at 9am and i had to make other means for him which have significantly costed me and i will not be reembursed!! This is sickening!!!
