Appalling service
No option for 0 stars!
We have had Vumatel for over 4 years. Switched ISP on 22 June and still waiting for Vumatel to ‘create an address’ for us? Apparently they can’t find our address despite providing fibre to our home for years!
Estimated connection date was yesterday and still nothing. Would have been quicker to lay a new cable than simply switch our ISP. Disgusting service😡
