Appalling service

Vuma is the worst, every month one has to deal with constant outages and there is never a turnaround time given. We are always sent from pillar to post when inquiring about something in which we pay for every month. Vuma seriously needs competition because we honestly can’t always be at their mercy. My line is down and I I’m unable to work, such a major inconvenience and it’s only just the beginning of the month and one will never know when order will be restored.
