Appalling service

When you decide ISP please don’t make a mistake by choosing Vumatel, my service provider is very frustrating, every 1st of the month there’s an issue, my assignments are due, it chooses not to work.

Last month it took them 4days to fix the issue, apparently my order was cancelled hence I had no service, I don’t even know what that means, all I knw is that I can’t work right now.
