Appalling service!!!

If there was an option to give zero stars I would go for that one. It's ridiculous how over and above the monthly fibre subscription we must buy data because the connection is almost non-existent. We have had intermittent connectivity for the past 3 weeks if not more in Eland****rt and no one seems to care enough to do anything about it. Now it’s billing time and you’re going to happily tap into our accounts to bill us the full amount. How are we supposed to just accept this?

I live in Eland****rt and for the past 3 weeks a lot of people have been complaining about the same issue on the community WhatsApp group. So this is definitely not a single person problem, but an area problem. Please get this issue resolved.

Just as I expected. The issue persists and as usual no one is doing anything about it, except for the usual restarts that actually don't help with anything. Can someone show some accountability?
