Appalling service

This is the most shocking service. Told to wait as the technician would be here at 10am and would be called but nothing. 9 hours later and having to stay at home the whole day so could not go out to do anything like get food because I don’t know when he is coming. What is the point of having a ticket number being called at 7:38am by Vumatel if no one is going to pitch. Your support emails block emails so there is no way of sending mail your FB page is littered with very unhappy customer but yet you do nothing to turn your service around. Missing 3 days work and my child missing 2 days school is clearly not your company concern oh neither is your customers. You should be ashamed or your “what you going to do about it attitude “. As you hold your customer to random.
