Appalling service

At least Eskom has a number we can call… Worst service ever very disappointing and appalling. Haibo they deliberately ignore our messages .. or maybe chats and emails are too busy because their services is appalling.. I am angry with the service I’m getting, i want to cancel and get a refund but nobody is attending me🤕
