Appalling customer service and delayed feedback regarding the installation of my fibre

I thought that I’d be getting a good deal when I signed up for Vox/Vumarel’s fibre special. *** was a quite disappointingly. It has been more than a month since I signed up, and to date there hasn’t been an operator that could assist me with the installation of the fibre line. I have tried contacting them via numerous emails and calls her there hasn’t been any response. There customer service has been shocking to say the least and I am going to cancel my subscription before it has even began.
