Appalling customer service

It looks like Vumatel is run by a bunch of amateurs that don’t know how to run a business properly. My fibre has been out since last week, been calling them daily and all you get is talking to a bunch of useless customer service agents that tell you that your ticket has been escalated. Really 8 days later I get fed the same garbage, where did these losers come from.
