Appalling behavior
Disgusting behavior from Vumatell. My ISP is vodacom and last monday our wifi suddenly went down. Evntually my ISP informed me that vumatell had cancelled my connection and the reason given was that i "had requested a new connection from a different ISP" This is of course absolute *******. It took 5 days before my line was reconnected. Vumatell offered no explanation or feedback as to why this was allowed to happen. As I live in Melvilee I am forced to use vumatell for wifi as they hold a monopoly and consistently show that there level of care for customers is just slightly above a f*ck-You.

13 Aug 2025, 16:03Once again you demonstrate your inefficiency. I do not have a vumatell ticket as this was all logged thru vodacom fibre. They informed me of vumatells decision to - without warning - just disconnect my line. I was then without wifi for a number of days while vodacom tried to get an answer from vumatell - eventually being told that a "request" to change ISP had been recieved. All this was explained in my review above - maybe reread this? Vumatell promised to investigate? Have you done so?
