Appalled

Vumatel and webafrica are the worst. I’m busy going back and forth with this whole fiber thing. Webafrica doesn’t have agents honestly they’ve hired *********** people who are just showing off how appalling the service is.

I need help. I’m trying to sign up but my address is showing an active fiber which I have no idea of. I sent emails with my proof of address and nothing is happening.

How do I solve this ???
