Apalling service

My Wifi has been down for five days now. I have called numerous times and NO technician has been sent out to help me.

I was told a call was logged with Vumatel, and Vumatel has advised they cannot help me as SADV needs to be called out.

I have phoned over and over, and this lack of assistance is appalling.

Between Supersonic, SADV and Vumatel, I am NOT WINNING. This is terrible service and the sheer arrogance and lack of care shows.
