Another 1 star for Vumatel

They advised that there would be maintenace going on in our area, which I understand When we called up Vumatel to ask when to expect the Naintenance to be completed for the day they advised “no vumatel outage in your area” phone your SP., which we did. They advised us that tje problem was with Vumatel. We found out on our local group that in fact Vumatel had a problem and we’re working on it. This is so wrong on so many levels.
