Annoyed paying customer for ****

hi i have been trying several times to get hold of vumatel but still no assistance. i have installed vuma bt the connection is very bad okay i bought the wi fi extender guess what still dololo not working now im stuck with the extender and a bad connection... jwhat must happen now im really annoyed now
