Annoyed customer

I’m so disgusted with the service off vumatel we cancelled our order with them cos off the bad service and we have been phoning them everyday too see why our line is still not cleared they tell us send a email which I did but still no help I phone again they tell me send a follow up email which we did but still nothing is done we are not stuck with a line with them that’s not cancelled and we can’t even take another contract I will never recommend them too anyone the call centre have a bunch off idiots who don’t know nothing and tell us that they can’t help so what do we pay for a service that is so useless I have asked too speak too a manager and they say that they don’t even have one so how does the call centre run.
