ANGRY CUSTOMER, YOUR SERVICE IS PHATHETIC

Good morning I hope this email finds you well, it's me again the customer that is been complaining about the connection on her wifi. You said on the email I must make a payment and I did that, however till today my wifi is not working. This is a pathetic service and if by the end of business day today this wifi is not working please refund my money, so that I can look for another wifi. This is too long now from the 27 of February till today I've been complaining about the same thing and I do not get any solution or assistance.

These are the cables I'm talking about. And I pray that one child play there and accidentally chock themselves because that what you are waiting for.
