angiVUM i'A *** network with price increase R429...

@webafrica @vumatel On the 27 I call contact vuma/webafrica to get my customer number as I lost it. I've been with vuma for more than a year. I recently got a new router installed and thought my network issues will be solved after having terrible network issues with full paid services to vuma. I tried to log a complain regarding the network not knowing I was applying for new router to be installed, they took the old one and got a new one. The new one is terrible, got network extender still not working...... I got double debited for 2 account and they said I didn't disconnect the old one. Realized the 2 were running concurrently. Now network is worse and yet full service paid. I'm so very disappointed with the service and I must say angiVUM i'A *** network with price increase R429...
