There is no alternative way of getting hold of your technical support. I am having issues with you r router and connection, I tried getting hold of your technical support and I couldn't since I have to provide a code which you send to my phone...well my phone is lost and there is no alternative way of getting hold of you, worse of all there is no after sale service.
