*********** and unreliable service provider. Useless consultants and support team

I have a terrible experience working with vuma and afrihost, the two work together but their level of incompetency is in another level. Their stuff works from home which makes them take at least hours if not the whole day before they can attent to a query. When finally someone attend to your query they can't resolve and tomorrow you get a new one who will say this is new to me....for the past 2 weeks been trying to get connected even today still waiting. This is really annoying.
