It took these guys 6 weeks to come and install the line, the techs came and did their job right. I was advised a tech is gonna come back for splicing. They sent me an appointment confirmation but still no tech here to do the splicing. Its kinda ****ty my part because my isp is already talking about billing me. I have sent emails but still no luck, when you call the call centre agents are busy chewing in your ear talking about we have escalated the issue but still. This job takes 5 minutes but i have been waiting for 137 hours now. They are so many ways of ****ing a cat and you guys are busy chewing the ****.
