An Irate Customer

I am so saddened by the treatment I am getting from Vuma tell, They clearly don’t care about customer retention,

I paid for a service on the 9/04/2021 but I haven’t had access to that service

We are almost approaching a new month , I haven’t had an opportunity to have access to internet

I have loaded with the SP but they taking me from pillar to post , Still today I haven’t had any feedback .

This is a message I got from my SP

The issue is with Vuma and they are attending to it. The ticket number is ISP-311334. Kind regards APM

I must always follow us with them and I never get a direct turn around time for my query .

I even suggested that you as Vumatel come take your router and disconnect it

I have had enough of your , I have lost business during the course of all this let down
