An Experience from HELL!! (I have danced with the DEVIL)

This is a very dishonest company. Ethics do not appear to be a value with staff. Service is not a value. After a brief conversation, my query, plea for help, was closed as resolved. Despite the fact that it was not resolved. Technician claims to have been on my property. Video footage cannot support this claim. I would be most grateful if the ceo's office can return my call. I have many questions before approaching the media. Joe Public, beware of who you allow on your premises. Company and employees are challange by morals and ethical values.
